Embroidery Program Preparation

To perform machine embroidery, each logo must first be converted into a special embroidery program. This is a process in which the graphic is transformed into a precise layout of stitches and threads that control the operation of the embroidery machine.

The embroidery program is not a regular graphic file – it is a technical record that specifies, among other things, the direction of the embroidery, stitch density, color sequence, and the method of finishing details.

Each project is prepared individually, as different materials and products require different approaches:

  • for t-shirts the program takes into account the elasticity of the material and its thin structure

  • for sweatshirts and fleeces the stitch density and depth are adjusted for the thicker fabric

  • for towels the design considers the loop structure so that the embroidery is clear and does not "get lost" in the material

As a result, the embroidery is durable, aesthetic, and tailored to the specific product.

The fee for preparing the embroidery program is one-time – this means that for subsequent orders with the same logo (for the same product category) you do not incur this cost again.

If you plan to mark different types of products (e.g., towels and sweatshirts), it may be necessary to prepare separate embroidery programs – to maintain the highest quality of execution in each category.
